Ammeris follows a different strategy, charting a less extreme vision for blockchain while integrating traditional information technology methodologies such as partitioning and segregation. Coupled with architectural efficiency, sustainability is the main inspiration within this approach, whereby the Ammeris Blockchain is a 100% renewables-powered system. The team at Ammeris believes this to be an obvious evolution of a revolution that dates back to Satoshi Nakamoto’s breakthrough whitepaper. Start-ups, governments, and established companies that use the Ammeris platform will be in the vanguard of the next wave of blockchain innovation, on a platform that aspires to comply with ISO/TC 307 blockchain standards (once the final protocol has been agreed) and combat harmful trends in the industry.

1.1. Ammeris Architectural Principles

The Ammeris solution was designed under the following three principles:

Whereby a secure and shared platform reduces the need of reconciliation, wasteful interactions and integrations and is powered by data centers using 100% renewable sources of energy. The primary objective of which is to support a second-order principle that the platform be designed to reduce inefficiencies and waste in business processes — thus leading to lower resource consumption as the ecosystem scales. Thus, reflecting mutual respect for, and to the benefit of, the environment and humans everywhere.

With the use of an enhanced ecosystem that is cryptographically secure through decentralization and resilient code, but able to carry out wide horizontal expansion for industry-specific applications and ethical interconnectivity for users and stakeholders.
